WELCOME TO THE 2024 SEASON!
Kings Grant Racquet Club Members,
2023 was another unbelievably great year at Kings Grant and 2024 is now here and we can’t wait to get started! Last summer we celebrated our 50th year, had another record year on the courts and continue to be an integral part of our local community. As great as the last 50 years have been, we’re expecting to kick off the next 50 with another great summer of great tennis with friends.
We once again had a full membership last year along with a long list of enthusiastic new people. The excitement and enthusiasm for good tennis with friends continues to be at the heart of who we are at Kings Grant.
This year our great staff is all returning!! We’re planning several great tournaments and events and as in the past we’re continuing our great programs and clinics.
Courtside has become a staple and favorite at Kings Grant. We are excited for our 5th season and some fun events planned.
Once again because of the demand, our membership registration process this year will be the same as it was in 2023. Registration for 2024 members will be open on 3/11/24 and registration will be open until 3/31/24. At that point, membership registration will be closed and we will assess our available membership openings. We will fill any of those openings via the membership lottery.
To be eligible for the membership lottery, you must send an email to kingsgrantlotto@gmail.com between 4/1/24 and 4/8/24. Phone calls, texts, word of mouth, etc… will not get you entered into the lottery. Please remember that I will not be holding spaces for last year’s members who chose not to join in the timeframe given.
The membership fee this year for a Singles membership is $770 and the fee for a Doubles membership is $1,170. You’ll be able to sign up and securely pay for your membership on the Playbypoint app or by check. If you’re a returning member and you sign up during the 2-week window your check must be postmarked by 3/31/24.
Those who are made eligible for membership via the lottery will be notified and we ask that you kindly pay for your membership at that time.

May – Mens and Ladies evening ladders begin (more details to come)
June 1 – Mens and Ladies organized morning groups begin
June 29 - Wimbledon Wood Racquet Round Robin Social
June 24– Junior Clinics begin
July 26-28- 10th Annual John Maloy Jr. Memorial Tournament (Courtside will be open for lunch on Saturday and there will be a tournament BBQ on Saturday night)
September 13-15 18th Annual Recovery Without Walls Tournament
September 28 - Courtside’s 2nd Annual Oyster Festival
